1 tbs flaxseed
1 tbs sesame flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 small handful of raisins
Chop up the apple into small chunks. Microwave in a bowl for 2 minutes. Add in the raisins and top with a sprinkling of cinnamon. Microwave for a further minute.
Add in the egg, baking powder, flax seeds, flour. Whisk all together and microwave for 1 minute.
Plate up and top with toppings of your choice.
