Today, everywhere you look there is an advert about a new diet which will ‘change your life forever’ and give you the best body within minutes. Miracle Pills, Shakes and diets which will burn the fat and transforming you giving you the body you’ve always dreamed of.

The lemonade diet, Cabbage soup diet, Atkins diet, Juice diet, No-carb diet, No-fat diet, Hollywood diet, Special K diet, Chicken soup diet, Baby food diet, Dukan diet, Metabolism Diet, Shake diet, Smoothie diet, 1 day diet, 3 day diet, Detox, South beach diet .. 

All these ‘quick fixes’ aim to give people better body image and improve the health of many. Unfortunately they do almost the complete opposite. The sad truth is that these ‘quick fixes’ are just that, ‘quick fixes’ and do not give you long-term attainable results.

Restricting food of any form is never a good idea. If you want it, have it! (in moderation). Food is fuel and you’re body needs sufficient nutrition and energy in order to survive and perform.
