Quick and Easy Fluffy Vanilla Pancakes

Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp FAGE greek yoguhrt

1 egg

Method:

Whisk together all ingredients and fry into small pancakes. Perfect with a topping of Greek yoghurt, berries and banana!
